Massive fire guts Delhi warehouse


New Delhi: Properties worth in lakhs have been reduced to ashes as a massive fire is raging at a warehouse in Delhi’s Transport Nagar area under Punjabi Bag on Wednesday.

Fire fighters rushed to the spot and deployed eight fire engines to douse the flames. The flames erupted after an oil tanker parked near the shops caught fire and later the blaze spread to several other parked vehicles in the vicinity, including shops.

No reports of anyone being injured or killed has been reported so far. Further details are awaited.
