New Delhi: After a church was vandalized in Delhi, another church at Mangalore was vandalized by some unidentified persons late last night, claimed reports on Wednesday.

As per media reports, St Joseph Church was targeted by some unknown persons late on Tuesday.

The matter came to light when the church authorities noticed some broken window panes this morning.

More details about the incident are awaited.

The incident is likely to further embarrass the central govt, which has asked authorities to increase the security of minority religious institutions in the wake of growing attacks on churches in recent months, especially in the national capital.

Four churches were attacked over the past few months in separate incidents. Three people were arrested on January 15, a day after a church in west Delhi was vandalised, based on footage on a CCTV camera installed inside the church premises.
