The ruling party government in West Bengal has stopped BJP from organising their democracy rally Rath Yatra in Bengal. The matter is currently struck in courts in the state, where the BJP has got both favourable and unfavourable rulings from different benches. The matter has now reached the Supreme Court.
“West Bengal is the only state in the country where there is no place for democracy. Mamata Banerjee is playing the role of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Bengal. Like Kim, she kills everyone who raises voice against her,” Singh said. His remarks were in reference to BJP’s ‘Save Democracy Yatra’.
Singh expressed confidence that his party will win the battle in Supreme Court, stating anyone can organise a rally in any part of the country. “Nobody can stop us, we will win the case in the Supreme Court,” he said.
