Kolkata: The Assembly election may lead to a delay in the announcement of the Higher Secondary and madhyamik results. Madhyamik results are likely to be declared after completing Sixth phase poll said Secondary council on Tuesday. Higher secondary results may also be delayed due to Bengal vote.
In 2015 the result of Madhyamik examination was declared after 75 days. But this year may take 85 days to declare the results.
The Madhyamik Examination was completed on 10th February. The Supreme Court also ordered that results will be declared before 10th May. Chief official said that they completed 90% checking process. The results will be published when commission ordered, he said.
