Madhyamik Exam 2019 To Be Commence From Feb 12, Time Table At A Glance


Kolkata: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has announced the 2019 Madhyamik exam dates that will be held earlier than this year.The secondary examinations for the year 2019 will be commence from February 12. The first phase of examinations will end on 22 February.

On Wednesday morning the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education announced the class 10 results of Madhyamik examination 2018 addressing the media.West Bengal Secondary Education Board president Kalyanmay Ganguly announced the dates of 2019 Madhyamik examination.He said Secondary (Madhyamik) examination will commence on February 12 next year.

The dates thus follows:

February 12: First language
February 13: Second language
February 15: History
February 16: Geography
February 18: Mathematics
February 19: Physical Science
February 20: Biology
February 22: Optional Subjects

Each exam will begin from 11:45 am and will end at 3pm. Each papers will be for 3hours 15minutes.However, for the first 15 minutes only the question paper will be given for reading. Candidates wont be allowed to write at that time.

This year due to the three tier panchayat elections the secondary examination was delayed.Instead of February exam was postponed on March 12.The first phase examination ended on 21st March 2018.In 2019 the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will be held twenty nine days earlier than this year. The board announced that the exam will be commence from February 12.
