New Delhi: Former IPL Chief Lalit Modi has been located in Malta following the red corner notice issued against him by the Interpol.

If modi is arrested, the central Government will be heaving a sigh of relief after being criticized strongly throughout the country over allegations that external Affairs Minister Vasundhara Raje had tried to shield Modi while Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje too was criticized over allegations of helping Lalit Modi.

Modi had fled India about five years ago when charges pertaining to IPL money laundering came into limelight. The CBI had on August 20 sent documents to Interpol to process the red corner notice against the former IPL chief.
