KKR partners CK Birla Hospitals


Kolkata, 7th April: As Kolkata Knight Riders  gear up for another nail-biting season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), a  team of doctors at Calcutta Medical Research Institute (CMRI) and B.M Birla Heart Research Centre, part of the CK Birla Hospitals, will be working in tandem to ensure health and medical needs of players as well as others presesent in the field are well taken care of. CMRI is the official Medical Partner of Kolkata Knight Riders and will provide expertise of its world-class orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists to the team. Moreover, CK Birla Hospitals’ newly launched state-of-the-art emergency ambulance service will also be accompanying the players during their games and stay in Kolkata.

At the eve of the 2015 IPL season kicking off, CK Birla Hospitals CEO, Dr. Ashendu Pandey said, “It gives us great pleasure and pride to extend our support to the KKR team.
