Srinagar: Civil society of Kashmir has also stepped in and collected relief material for around 3000 families of rain-battered Kerala.

Relief material will be airlifted today from Srinagar airport and will reach Mumbai in the evening, from where it will be sent to Kerala.

Organizers said that this is a small gesture as they know how flood leaves a trail of distraction. They have been inspired by the help received during 2014 floods.
