New Delhi: BJP leader Mukul Roy finally accepted that his coming to BJP party has become successful after trends showed that BJP is making deep inwards into the Mamata bastion.
Roy said, “I came to BJP from TMC to destroy it. The TMC party must be ousted from Bengal. The TMC has destroyed the democratic environment in Bengal. To bring back that situation, TMC must be ousted from Bengal.”
On Panchayat polls, Roy said, “We have a lot of pain because 84 of our workers died during Panchayat elections. Our candidates were not given in 34 % seats. There were lootings during vote and result day. After winning, our candidate had to stay outside. So there should not be any TMC party in West Bengal.
As per Roy, “This is the beginning of the end of TMC. This political party will not have any existance. The Congress and CPM workers saw TMC men beating and only BJP can save them. Now if BJP wins then there will be development in Bengal.”
