KOZHIKODE: Jammat-e-Islami has decided to campaign against the Islamic state, terming it as anti-islamic and a challenge to humanity. Jamat-e-Islami will organize state wide programme on September 23 declaring that IS is not Islamic and expressing solidarity with the refuges.
A meeting will be organized in Kozhikode on September 19 against IS terror, in which representatives of other Muslim organizations and social leaders will attend. Jamaat leaders said the IS is trying to push the world back to the days. Jamaat Kerala amir also said that “the present Caliphate envisaged by the IS a fake one and mockery of real Islamic Caliphate.”
