Milan: In a bid to improve highway safety in Italy, prostitutes have been forced to swap miniskirts for high-vis jackets and trousers worn by road workers or face a fine of £ 360.
The prostitutes near Milan will be forced to wear the reflective jackets and trousers. The authorities in Spino d'Adda have claimed that sex workers cause a road-safety problem. If the sex workers refuse to wear the unflattering clothing they would be fined 500 euros or £ 360.
According to Milan deputy Mayor, The rules will be coming into force within next month.
