Srinagar: The Indian Army on Tuesday foiled a major infiltration bid in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri district.
In a fierce encounter, the Army killed 10 terrorists, who were trying to infiltrate through Lachipura area of Uri sector.
The encounter come at a time when New Delhi and Islamabad are locked in a bitter diplomatic war of words following the Uri terror attack, which India has blamed on militants from Pakistan.
