Happiness give a man perfect start of the day. When the whole nation kept an eye on the TV when Kovind took the oath as President but somehow the smile was missing from Burdwan’s Koli family. Few members of the family have kept an eye on TV. But why such sadness engulfs the family. Have some secret behind such sadness?

Yes, you may think right. President Ram Nath Kovind and the first lady Sabita Kovind is a close relatives of BC Road’s Koli family. Ram Nath Kovind is the son-in-law of the Koli family. Many relatives of Kovind have been called on the oath ceremony. But the family members, who live in Burdwan, were not invited for the oath ceremony. But why?

Now let me brief how Kovind belongs to the Koli family. On 30 may, 1974 Ram Nath Kovind married to Savita who is the sister of late Om Prakash koli. At first Ompraksh Koli lived in Delhi but after he shifted to Burdwan for his business purpose. Om Prakash Koli, who died almost 20 years ago, is the elder brother-in-law of the present Ramnath kovind. Younger son Barun Koli told that he met with uncle Ram Nath Kovind 2 years ago in Delhi but now they didn’t met with Kovind. OmPrakash Koli’s wife Ganga koli said on Saturday that Savita gave her good news on phone.

After On Tuesady Gangadevi and her sons has kept an eye on TV and utter that if today Ompraksh lived, he would very much have enjoyed the situation. Because his younger sister is now the first lady of the country. It’s our proud that Savita belongs to the koli family. The tears come into the eye. Emotions disturbed them but happiness stuck them around. Gangadevi said Ram Nath came to her house twenty years ago when he was MP. Today he is the President of the country.

When Savita told her the good news, Ganga’s voice choked with emotion, and could barely utter “Badhai ho (congratulations)”. And while Savita invited her to Delhi, Ganga didn’t have the heart to reciprocate. “This rented house is too small to invite the President. One day, when we will have our home, we will invite him,” she explains.

However, the invitation did not come. President Ram Nath Kovind may forget to send the invitation. Gangadevi said after such question there is no regret of that. This news feels proud of us. At last a question raised If Koli family gets a call from President House then what will be happen? Gangadevi said in a bold voice time will tell and his son Varun said that there is no such possibility of coming at his house because Protocol stopped him. Gangadevi ended up with emotions that we want he will do well for the country’s betterment.
