India overtakes china


New Delhi: India’s output growth accelerated to 7.5% last quarter, putting it ahead of China as the world’s fastest-growing large economy.China’s growth last quarter was 7%. According to government data released Friday, gross domestic product in the South Asian nation grew by 7.3% for the full fiscal year ended in March. Getting such data Finanace Minister Arun jetli expressed his happiness.
But a section of economists raised the question on this government data. According to them, corporate financial result, increase of NPA in bank and other industrial figures  are reflection of a differerent situation. Economist opined, due to change in calculating procedure of new govt. such a glorified result came.
