Ignoring HC’s Ruling, Kejri Clips Meena’s Wing Further

New Delhi: Taking an opportunity of legal complexities, the Kejriwal administration clamps Meena’s wings further. After the Delhi High Court on June 29, gave him the permission to perform his administrative duty according to the rules, Delhi administration gives a fresh order limiting his duty only to look after the work of training and monitoring.

On June 29, the Delhi High Court asked Meena to act in accordance with the law, while refusing to issue directions to restrain him from entering office as sought by the Delhi government. Justice V P Vaish also declined Delhi government’s pleas to stop Meena from removing the FIR book from ACB headquarter, recording new FIRs and seeking immediate removal of paramilitary personnel posted there.
