Kolkata: Ahead of the KMC polls, the state government suffers yet another set back at the Calcutta High Court on Thursday. The Court has ordered to hold the election at the seven municipalities as soon as possible. The case was heard at the division bench of the Chief Justice of the High Court, Manjulla Chellur.

The State Election Commission has almost received a shock after this judgement given out by the High Court. Infact, after getting the news, the Chief Election Commissioner had gone to the Raj Bhavan to sit for a detailed discussion with the Governor.
