High Court Rejects TET Exam Case

Kolkata: High Court rejected the TET case of granting to sit for retest to students who failed the first TET, on Monday, said sources. Judge Deepankar Dutta rejected the case.

State Government had issued a notice in 2012 for hiring primary school teachers. The exam by state government was held on 31st March, 2013. The failed students of that exam had registered a case to the high court demanding a retest. According to their demand, the exam was not taken as per NCTI norms. The matter was even taken to Supreme Court. The case ran for many days. On Monday was the hearing of the case. The case was rejected by judge Deepankar Dutta, says court sources.
