Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court will give verdict on the Primary TET on Wednesday. The court is likely to pass its judgement on the Primary TET today at 11am under the division bench of Justice C. S. Karnan.
On March 31 2016, several trained TET examinees had filed a case at the Calcutta High Court seeking to withhold the recruitment of untrained teachers. The court will give its verdict on this issue today.
If the single bench withholds the recruitment process, then the untrained TET examinees will be able to move to the division bench of the High Court and the Supreme Court. Another case about the TET is also under the Chief Justice.
