Heavy Rain With Thunderstorm Forecasted In South Bengal


Kolkata: The local Met office Kolkata in its latest observation indicates that thunderstorm with lightning and intense spells of rain is likely to affect some parts of East & West Medinipur, Burdwan, South 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly districts during next 2-3 hrs on Friday.

Monsoon axis line and cyclonic circulation assembled which will continue rain in West Bengal more specifically NorthBengal and parts of South Bengal, saying local met office Kolkata. Heavy rain forecasted in five districts of North Bengal and moderate rain in South Bengal.
