Grenade Blast Strikes CRPF Camp at Anantnag


Jammu: After terror attack at Pathankot Air Force Base, a grenade blast took place near a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, said BSF. The explosion happened near the gate of battalion 40 CRPF camp at Momin Abad in Anantnag district. No injuries have been reported in the blast.

In another case today, BSF sources said, they spotted 5 Taliban like terrorist at the Srinagar Air Base. Hence they beefed up the security and cordoned off the whole area.

On Sunday, heavily-armed six terrorist from Pakistan based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad, stormed into Pathankot Air Force Base. The security forces had to struggle for around 90 hours to kill all the terrorists holed up inside the Pathankot Base. Seven Indian Amry personnel were martyred while fighting against the terrorists.
