Google Malaysia hacked by Bangla ‘Tiger-M@te’


Kualalampur: Hacking of websites is certainly not something new in the cyber world. Keeping up with the negative tradition, Google Malaysia was hacked by Bangladeshi hacker ‘Tiger-M@te’. When accessed, the website spins into a barrel roll and display the message as seen in the image below. WSJ reported that some users were redirected to the hacked website.

Google Malaysia acknowledged that the service was disrupted for a while because of a DNS redirection. Google Malaysia spoke to WSJ stating that the website ( was being redirected to different website.
