Gold worth Rs 1.25 crore recovered from Airport


Kolkata, Srijita Ghosh:  Yet another incident of seizing of gold takes place at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International  Airport. According to source report, 4.6 kg of gold bars valued at Rs 1.25 crore has been recovered from the toilet of the arrival hall of NSCBI airport. The gold was kept hidden at the latrine of the airport. The gold caught the sight of the security officials and was recovered. The matter is being investigated by the airport authorities and the police. No one has been caught by the police in connection to the affair, they suspect that the gold bars were kept for smuggling purpose.
