Gautam Kundu remanded to 14 days of Jail Custody


Kolkata: The 14 days interim bail granted to Rosevalley Chief Gautam Kundu has come to an end on Tuesday. He was granted interim bail by Calcutta High Court for 14 days to attend the last rites of his father. The Rosevalley chief surrendered before court on Wednesday. High Court has remanded him to 14 days of jail custody till May 5.

While on parole Kundu was required to inform about all his movements to the Enforcement Directorate. He was required to submit his passport and other documents. He was even instructed to submit his mobile and landline number to the Enforcement Directorate.
