‘Gaaner Oparey’ Actress Makes Bollywood Entry With ‘Cakewalk’

Mousumi Das, Kolkata: Passion for acting and to make it possible isn’t a cakewalk at all. With many hard working actors of the industry another name also added now. Anindita Bose the noted Bengali actress. Anindita has really worked hard , shot for 24 hours in a day for her upcoming Bollywood shot film ‘Cakewalk’. Anindita started her career in acting with a popular television show ‘Gaaner Oparey’. Her first Bollywood short film is ‘Cakewalk’, where she will be seen with the Bollywood diva Esha Deol Takhtani and actor Tarun Malhotra. With ‘Cakewalk’ she make her way to Bollywood.

Anindita added a feature in her hat when she shared the screen in a Bengali movie ‘Clerk’ with the iconic Bengali actor Prasenjit Chatterjee. With this her acting career just flourished and she never looked back. Anindita has however made her mark with many of her films on the big screen; the actress’s presence is brightly seen in many web series too. The upcoming venture ‘Cakewalk’ is Anindita Bose’s first Bollywood short film. The actress will be seen in a glamorous avatar, the character of ‘Karishma Chaudhury’, a wife. Anindita shares an incident during the shoot, “ I did have fever on the day of shoot, but everyone took such good care of me and pampered me that I actually did manage to pull off the long hours of shoot.”

It was the second day of shoot in Kolkata, to finish the shoot on time Anindita shot for 24 hours with high fever. This shows her passion and devotion for her work. Being an avid professional she finished the shoot on time.

Talking about the film ‘Cakewalk’ she added, Anindita Bose and Tarun Malhotra are going to show their sizzling chemistry on screen first time. “ It was such a pleasure to work with Tarun, he is so grounded and so easy to talk to, hence we instantly hit it off. Also it was wonderful to meet Esha in person, she looks stunning in her Bengali avatar.”Cakewalk is directed by author -film maker Ram Kamal Mukherjee and Abhra Chakraborty, produced by Shailendra Singh, Dinesh Gupta and Aritra Das under the banner of Assorted Motion Pictures and SS1 Entertainment.
