Flight With Mamata Onboard Suffers Technical Snag, Grounded


Kolkata: An Air India’s Kolkata-bound flight, with West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee onboard, due to technical snag and had to be grounded at Delhi airport on Saturday.  The flight AI-20 was scheduled to take off at 2.25 pm. Later, an alternative flight was arranged.

This is not the first time Mamata had issues while flying. Earlier, she shot off a letter to Ministry of Civil Aviation when a private airline kept hovering over for more than half-an-hour.
