Fire Engulfs Bus In Chandrakona


Medinipore: Fire set out in a Baharampur-bound South Bengal State Transportation Corporation bus from Medinipore on National Highway-60 near Chandrakona on Saturday morning.

According to local source, a crowded bus around 6:30 was on the way towardsl Baharampur. Suddenly fire sparked near Kublai Canal and the bus driver Koushik Mahato was shocked on this and couldn’t handle the situation.

The passengers got paniced and started screaming to stop the bus. The bus driver somehow managed to stop the bus.

Koushik Mahato said, “fore sparked out of short circuit. But no injury happened.”
