FIR Filed Against Dilip Ghosh For Making Sloppy Comment


Jalpaiguri: A FIR has been filed against Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh based on his controversial comment against opposition in Jalpaiguri.

Kotowali Police of Jalpaiguri has filed FIR against Dilip Ghosh and seven others. Reportedly, he went to Jalpaiguri to attend a party meeting where he commented , “TMC is terrorising people and BJP, Those who are attacking BJP supporters, will get bullets.”

Such extremist comment has sparked agitation among people and in Jalpaiguri. Soon after the incident police has issued FIR against him for using slandering words and giving threat to police.

On the other hand, Dilip Ghosh on Tuesday has entered the district magistrate office which has breached law and order situation in a infrastructure.

There are seven others name apart from Dilip Ghosh. There are BJP North Bengal leader Dwipen Pramanik, Jalpaiguri dist BJP president Debashish Chalraborty, BJP leader of Jalpaiguri Bapi Goswami, BJP Youth wing president of Jalpaiguri Shyamprasad and three other leaders Tapan Roy, Debanjan Das, Shibsankar Das.
