FabIndia: MD, CEO and five others appeals for anticipatory bail


Panaji:The Managing Director of Fab India, CEO and five other employees have appealed for an anticipatory bail in Napusa district court of Goa. The Goa police will be interrogating the seven on Friday. Superintendent of Goa police, Kartik Kashyap said that the hearing of the anticipatory bail plea will be held on Thursday.

According to police, The FabIndia employees will be interrogated on the basis of a complaint filed by Union Human resources Minister Smriti Irani who went to the FabIndia outlet of Goa while on a holiday. While changing dress at the trial room of the outlet, she noticed the CCTV camera. The employees will be questioned regarding the duration of the camera set up, the footage monitoring, and what were done with the previous footage of the CCTV cameras.
