New Delhi: During interrogation, arrested ISI agent Kafaitullah Khan has revealed that an ex-Army personnel, posted in Jammu and Kashmir, was also involved in the racket, police said in a statement on monday.
On Monday, the Delhi Police had also confirmed a link of the ISI espionage racket with the Pakistan High Commission in the national capital.
Kafaitullah also claims that the arrested BSF personnel, Abdul Rashid, used to pass on information to ISI agents about how many forces were posted at a particular time at the border. The information helped facilitate infiltration of terrorists into India.
This comes even as the Madhya Pradesh Police personnel are in Delhi, questioning Kafaitullah on whether he has a network in the state.
Addressing a press conference, Delhi Police joint commissioner of police (crime) Ravindra Yadav had said that it was confirmed that they involved with some officials.
