Education Minister Rules Out TET Irregularity Accusation


Kolkata: State Education Minister Partha Chatterjee has ruled out the accusation of irregularities in TET recruitment on Saturday.

Partha Chatterjee has refused to accept allegations that there have arisen irregularities in the recruitment of teachers to the state’s primary schools. He has even claimed that the TET exam and recruitment was conducted with full transparency.

Partha Chatterjee said in a press conference that the recruitment of the teachers to the primary schools was conducted with complete transparency. The state officials have done the job with great accuracy. Recently the TET results were declared after which complexities were observed in several districts over the recruitment process.

Several places were filled with protests by job seekers. On this, the education minister said that huge number of people were given jobs. Many had given examinations but all did not get the job. He claimed that those who did not get their job inspite of appearing for the exam were the ones protesting. He even said that he suspected political conspiracy behind the protests. He accused the Left-BJP-Congress for jointly manipulating the job seekers to carry out the protests.
