EB offers Rs 1 crore to Okolie Odafa

Kolkata: Ahead of the conclusion of the I League, East Bengal officials play a master stroke by offering Rs 1 crore to Odafa Okolie. At present, Odafa is playing for Sporting Clube de Goa. Sporting was almost fighting relegation when Odafa had signed in for the Orange brigade. Notably, the former King Cobra Mohun Bagan had scored 6 goals so far. Odafa is in the city to face his former club Mohun Bagan in a crucial I League tie at the Barasat Stadium.

As per sources, the primary talks between Odafa and the Red And Gold officials are almost offer. Odafa is looking forward to a second round of discussion later in the day. Odafa’s family stays in Kolkata. Considering all such facts, it is heard that Odafa has planned to come back to Kolkata in the next season. East Bengal on the other hand, have thought to relay their striking line by pairing Ranti Martins with Odafa. If such a thing happens, Kolkata football might once again see the deadly shots and hair line passes from the Nigerian goal machine all over again.
