Kolkata: The relation between East Bengal Club and the head coach Armando Colaco is on the verge of coming to an end. It is being reported from the club source that the Goan coach is being unable to concentrate on coaching. As a result of which, Armando is going back to Goa at regular intervals. After the dismal performance in the Fed Cup, a certain section of the club officials had raised their voice against the Goan coach. In fact, he was ready to resign after his return taking the responsibility of East Bengal’s loss. He is also cornered in the club lawns for favouring certain Goan players in the squad.
However, East Bengal’s Secretary stands against the re recruitment of British coach, Trevor James Morgan. The names of Elco Schattorie and Stanley Rozario are also doing the rounds inside the Red and Golds.
