Earthquake Jolts Central Italy


Rome: A 5.4 magnitude earthquake has struck the Italian city of Rome, according to reports. The quake was reportedly felt across Lazio, Abruzzo and Marche.

The quake hit at around 10:25am local time was was recorded 111km (69 miles) northeast of Rome at a depth of 10km, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
