Kolkata: A case of forgery was recorded in the Thakurpukur area of Southern part of Kolkata on Thursday. a person named Asutosh Pandey, lawyer by profession and a principal of Pune had been alleged to forge the signature of the Calcutta High Court Judge Dipankar Dutta over a matter of getting the rights of a school. The case is of 2014 when the duo had forged the signature to illegally claim the rights of the property of a school. The incident was handed over to CID and the anti corruption wing of CID has arrested PAndey last night in connection to the case. The case was registered under Thakurpukur Police Station. The officers are said to have tracked down the Pune Principal. The accused will be produced before the court on Thursday.
