‘Despite Efforts By Mamata, Brigade Grounds Were Not Full’


Kolkata: National Secretary of BJP Rahul Sinha harshly criticised Mamata Banerjee’s historic Brigade rally. He claimed that despite of maximum efforts by Mamata, Brigade’s parade grounds were not full. He also said that if one forces someone to come, then this happens.

Several leaders criticised demonetisation and GST. To this, Rahul said that due to demonetisation, there was shortage of black money for which the opposition leaders were speaking against it after two years. He said that the people still believed in Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

State BJP president Dilip Ghosh also criticised and questioned about the expense of the rally. He said that 100 crore rupees was spent on this huge rally. He questioned where did such an amount come from. He also threatened to do an investigation on this. He added that, by this TMC can fall in trouble.

Dilip also termed the rally as ‘circus.’
