Dengue Claims Toddler, Father Alleges Negligence

New Delhi: In another deadly outbreak of dengue a six year old boy succumbed to the killer disease on Tuesday. The family of the victim has alleged that the negligence by the hospital is responsible for the patient’s death.

This development came just a week after a seven year old boy named Avinash died of dengue after allegedly being turned away by five hospitals driving his parents to commit suicide.

Aman, 6, from Srinivaspuri area of South elhi has become the tenth victim of dengue this season. On the other hand Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal conducted a surprise visit to the hospitals to take a stock of the situation.

Kejriwal has said that any negligence in treating dengue by the hospital won’t be tolerated.
