Dada-Sachin to open, Lara at 3?


Mumbai:  The entire cricketing fraternity is awaiting the T20 league which has been the brain child of the Greats like Sachin Tendulkar and Shane Warne. The intention behind the collaboration between the two icons has been the inception of a T20 League meant for retired cricketers who have previously been legends of the game.

The announcement was met with positive views and the stakeholders of the game are pretty optimistic about further details. The matches of the league is thought to be played at Chicago in the United States of America. This will mean that the residents of USA will get an opportunity to watch live cricket action which involves legends.
As of now, the following legends have been thought of till now:

INDIA: Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble, VVS Laxman

AUSTRALIA: Glenn McGrath, Matthew Hayden, Ricky Ponting, Adam Gilchrist, Shane Warne, Brett Lee

ENGLAND: Andrew Flintoff, Michael Vaughan

PAKISTAN: Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Shoaib Akhtar, Shahid Afridi (Could be approached)

WEST INDIES: Brian Lara (Already signed up)

SOUTH AFRICA: Jacques Kallis, Allan Donald, Lance Klusener

SRI LANKA: Muttiah Murlitharan, Mahela Jayawerdene, Kumar Sangakkara
