Cross Border Firing Across LoC Was Started By Pak: Indian Envoy

Islamabad: India’s Deputy High Commissioner in Pakistan J.P. Singh told Islamabad on Monday that the cross-border firing across the Line of Control (LoC) on March 18 was started from Pakistani side.
