Rana Das & Soumen Sil, Bengaluru: The war is over. Wait is about to finish as the result will come in few hours in KArnataka Assembly Election.
The election took place in 224 seats among 225 as one is nominated. Tuesday will mark the final day of the war.
Chief Electoral Officer of Karntaka Sanjib Kumar said, the counting is scheduled to start at 8am. Total number of counting centres are 38. Five among them is in Bengaluru. The thirty district of karnataka has been covered with tight security focusing the most awaited assembly poll. 16,662 CRPF have been deployed in 38 centres.
The Election Commissioner of Karnataka said, the counting will start with postal Ballot then it will move to EVM machine vote. The two seats where the election process has been cancelled, will organise the poll on May 28 and 31.
The election peocess cancelled in two seats as BJP candidate of Jaynagar center B.N. Vijaykumar has died suddenly, on the other hand bulk of fake Voter ID card have been recovered from RR nagar. So Election Commission Stopped voting process over there.
