The tweets are surely to catch Congress in the wrong foot as the Congress has been repeatedly saying and pressurising the BJP to sack Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje for helping Modi with travel documents and immigration in the UK. However, Congress’s media chief Randeep Surjewala said a chance meeting between Robert Vadra, Priyanka Gandhi and Modi is not a crime. He further defended his government’s response to bringing Modi to justice, saying that the UPA had sought action against the former IPL chief. Surjewala also hit out at the BJP, saying Prime Minister Narendra Modi should break his silence and tell why the NDA government is helping an offender.
