Complaint filed against BJP workers for bashing AAP supporters


Kanpur: A complaint has been filed with police against BJP workers for allegedly bashing up Aam Aadmi Party supporters when they went to meet BJP Chief Amit Shah. AAP leader Arvind Katiyar has filed the complaint in Swarup Nagar police station on Sunday.

 According to Katiyar a team of AAP workers went to meet Shah on July 11 to submit a memorandum demanding the setting up of a SIT to probe the Vyapam scam but the BJP workers thrashed and chased them away in which two AAP workers were injured.

Meanwhile, Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) District President Ajay Singh has also alleged that he was beaten up by the BJP workers when he went to meet Shah regarding the problems faced by the people there.
