Mumbai: Medical test reveals traces of cocaine, opiates and amphetamines in urine samples obtained from Indrani Mukherjee, the prime accused in Sheen Bora murder case, reports a daily.
According to the report, the daily has accessed nine-page discharge summary which mentions details of conducted test. The report, citing discharge summary stated that traces of amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine and THC (tetra hydro cannabin) were found in the toxin screening test.
It also stated that Indrani was taking an anti-anxiety drug. On October 2, Indrani had collapsed in jail, following which she was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition. However, Indrani had reportedly told the Byculla jail authorities that she had not attempted suicide as speculated and said that she had similar illness when she was 13 years old.
