Chinese Military budget may get a hike

Beijing: Despite china’s economic slowdown, Chinese president Xi Jinping is expected to spend a hefty amount to strengthen the country’s armed forces.

The Chinese government keeps its military spending a secret and the additional funding is likely to be spent in increasing the country’s naval power with anti submarine ships and developing more aircraft carriers beyond the ones in operation.
