Kolkata: Chaos spread at the Calcutta High Court on Tuesday over the quarrel between the two judges who are looking after the Vivekananda Flyover Mishap case.

On May 20, the division bench comprising of Justice Asim Roy and Justice C. S. Karnan had rejected the bail plea of 10 accused. Within 18 days of such a decision, on Tuesday, Justice C.S. Karnan changed his decision and accepted the bail plea of the 10 accused. Though, the bail has been rejected as per orders of the division bench.

On Tuesday, Justice Asim Roy had summoned all the lawyers related to the case, and the attorney-general. He demanded that action must be taken against the illegal adoption of such a decision. On this day, Justice Karnan said that after reviewing all papers, he decided to change his decision. After this, a quarrel began between both Asim Roy and Karnan. In a fit of rage, both of them came out of the room.
