New Delhi: Foreign Secretary S jaishankar is all set to visit Pakistan on the third day of his SAARC yatra. He will be meeting his Pakistani counterpart Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhary on Tuesday, seven months after India called off foreign secretary level talks with Pakistan.
A number of issues including the ceasefire violations are likely to be discussed in the meeting among the two. For a better connectivity within the region, India is likely to push for a Motor Vehicle agreement. Talks regarding the same have already begun with Bhutan and Bangladesh.
Foreign Secretary Jaishankar, will be flying to Islamabad from Dhaka will be meeting Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhary and will also meet Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif later.
