Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Friday ordered CBI probe in the Arup Saha case. The Court again highlighted it’s disbelief on the state law enforcement agencies. The Division bench headed by Justice Indira Banerjee literally seized the case from CID through the verdict. It is to be noted that Arup Saha a businessman from Durgapur went missing from March 17, 2013 from his house.

The Durgapur Police launched investigation but was unable to trace Arup. The case was later transferred to CID, which mentioned terrorist hand behind the disappearance of Arup Saha.
