Cash Van Driver Flees With Rs 1.37 Crore


Bengaluru: The driver of a van carrying cash to a Bank of India ATM ran away with Rs 1.37 crore in Bengaluru’s KG Road area.

Police said they have launched an investigation.

The incident comes amid a massive cash crunch in the banks and ATMs following the banning of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes.
