Calcutta University Cancels Exam After Question Paper Goof Up


Kolkata: Exam paper goof up led to the cancellation of the honours examination of the University of Calcutta on Monday.

The examination of Bengali honours was cancelled even after the examination period had started. The exam was on the fourth paper of Bengali honours, of the second year students. The question paper of the previous day’s exam, ie, third paper, was given to the students, instead of the actual paper. This led to utter chaos. Soon after this news spread, the examination as immediately cancelled.

The authorities have promised to announce the rescheduled date soon.
