Gandhinagar: While the entire country stand with the bewildered families of the Uri martyrs Mahesh Savani, a businessman from Gujarat’s Surat has come forward offering them a helping hand. The philanthropist has offered free education to the children of all the martyrs.
The group operates a chain of schools and Mahesh Savani, along with social activists and philanthropists, has said that it is the prerogative and responsibility of the group to educate the children who lost their fathers.
He said that the group would also provide accommodation to the children who want to study with the PP Savani International School.
This is not the first time that the group is engaging in a philanthropic pursuit as it has been providing education to girls who have lost their fathers for many years.
