Building collapses at Delhi, 1 dead


New Delhi: Early in the morning, a three-storey residential building in Delhi collapsed following a cylinder explosion on Wednesday. The accident/mishap left at least six people injured and one dead, officials said.The incident took place around 7.45 am in West Delhi’s Moti Nagar area.

“It was a three-storey building and collapsed after an explosion in a gas cylinder. Rescue operation is on and around six people have been rescued and admitted to a nearby hospital,” a Delhi Fire Services official said. The rescue operations ate still on at the moment in the area.
